Studio Clouds™ PhotoStruct

With PhotoStruct the user is able to acquire high density point clouds from stereo photo sets. Because stereo sets can be created with a macro lens up to wide angle lens a broad variety of artifacts can be captured in 3D.
 
The only required input before starting with stereo matching is the automatic inbuilt calibration procedure. The matching itself is fully automatic. However before a demo license can be obtained an online training is required.
 
The density of the point cloud that can be obtained with PhotoStruct is unmatched in this price range and can be compared to laser scans.

Studio Clouds™

This is the main authoring environment for point clouds. With the Studio Clouds Viewer a wide variety of native scanner formats can be imported and converted to the Studio Clouds proprietary format. Easy-to-understand management functionality is provided to organize your point clouds and accessible tools are available to view, measure and present point clouds. Thanks to powerful features such as dynamic loading and lighting profiles viewing point clouds becomes very intuitive.

Studio Clouds™ Editor

When point clouds need cleaning,coloring or reorganizing then Studio Clouds Editor is the right choice. The editor consists of three sub-modules: > A thorough segmentation module which lets you cut, copy or past point cloud data while being supported by intelligent selection functions. > Image matching functions that can align un-calibrated images or panoramas to point clouds and project them. > A 3D paint module that can be used to color or paint the clouds. All modules work with full undo/redo functionality while maintaining the power of dynamic loading.
